We will work with you every step of the way to make sure that you understand the choices you are making and feel empowered to make them.
Hiring a personal injury Attorney is the most important step to take if you want to fight the insurance company and receive the maximum settlement with the best possible outcome.
You may ask yourself why hire an Attorney? The answer is simple.
Knowledge of the law and experience.
An experienced, reputable personal injury Attorney knows the particular laws that apply to your case. Because of this, they may see other avenues for settlement that you do not.
This is especially important if you are dealing with an uninsured motorist.
Some other reasons to consider include:
Attorneys work on a contingency basis which means there is no fee unless you receive a settlement.
Attorneys work to protect your rights.
The Insurance Companies are working against you, not for you, and their goal is to payout as little as possible for your claim.
Attorneys receive much higher pay outs on claims than non Attorneys
Most cases are settled out of court without a trial.
